How to Become a Member of

Greater Central Board of REALTORS®

1. Get Your License

Before joining GCBOR you must obtain your real estate license from an accredited school; then choose your Brokerage.

2. Membership Application

Fill out our application to the best of your knowledge. Payment for new members is pro-rated.
We accept exact cash, check, cashier’s check, money order, or cards as payment. Payment must be made in full.
Dues cover our new member fees (including ARA and application fee), local dues, state dues and national fees. View our dues breakdown sheet to find your pro-rated amount.

Once you have filled out your application, please call us to set up an appointment to fill out your other paperwork at 501-834-0710. This will only take about 10 minutes.

3. Join MLS

In Central AR the MLS is not part of the local board. This is different than most parts of the country. The MLS in Central AR is called CARMLS (Cooperative Arkansas REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service).

We will submit your information to CARMLS when you complete your paperwork, so there is one less thing for you to do!
